I use to ride with a guy that was a BMW lover. He has 2 r75s and one other. The r75 he rode the most had like almost 200k miles on it. It ran like a top. I have never owned one but know several people who do and they love them. However, you are correct Japanese bike are world wide and easy to get parts for when they break which would be the biggest consideration if I was going a bike tour. I have looked at getting an adventure bike but I find the standover height to be too high.

I got banned for making a comment about some hockey player needed attempted murder charges for using his skate blade to slash a rival players throat during a game. Blood spirting out all over the ice. I was banned for inciting violence. When I asked how what I said was inciting violence they perma banned me. I then came here.

I say this as a former Harley owner. Anything but a Harley. Id you want to ride through South America I would look at some of Japanese bike. Honda makes a good adventure bike. Ewan McGregor a long tour rider and he uses a BMW. If you can afford one of those then that is what I would get.

Yeah I am a Southern Highland lad; however, looking at the way we vote and the shitbirds that we elect sometimes I am not so proud. We have allowed evil to infect our collective heart and we are sick.

I’m just a dude that serve time in the military. Has a college degree. I might have a few conservative views and I don’t really understand what that means. But I do know that I would like everybody to be taken care of. I want everybody to have health care I want everybody to have clean water clean air clean food and have their minimum needs met so they can pursue the things they love. I learned through all my years that no matter what you do there’s going to be somebody trying to fuck it up. But I still want those things.
