Heres one

Turns out I’m not THAT frugal lol. Some good tips here though. Thankfully I don’t pay for water.
I’m not sure about utility rates changing depending on the time of day where I live. But my showers are only 5 minutes long anyway. And laundry / cooking / dishwashing is almost always done after 7pm anyway. I have 2 roommates so I can’t control what they do though. Unfortunately I do have AC running when I’m at work for my cat. And my roommate insists on heating the house warmer than I’d like. I feel like 65 during the day and 60 at night is fine though.
I don’t shop sales cuz I almost exclusively shop at Aldi (they don’t do sales). But I should still look into stocking up on stuff that freezes well if I ever go anywhere else.

Umm have you SEEN my cat? I could never

Roommmates is the way… my rent is $2775 but I split it 3 ways.

I just spent $1000 on two AC units mostly for my cat tbh

That’s correct!
Yep my elementary school teacher’s cat died in the dryer too. Hearing that as a 5 year old, I have always kept in mind cats must stay away from the dryer.
Definitely plan to listen to my body as much as possible. I have a tendency to overwork myself when it comes to exercise. But hopefully running is a bit easier to judge.
Thanks! Yeah I think eating will be the most annoying thing for me to do. I’m bad at eating enough. And good to know about walking. I kinda thought if it comes down to it, walking isn’t too bad to bring my HR down. I’m using Brooks Ghost Max 3 right now and I like them so far but I don’t have much to compare them to. Saucony Triumph was my first running shoe. They honestly don’t feel too different. Lots of cushion.
I’ve been almost exclusively running on concrete lol. Though there is a HS track very close so I can do that more. It’s just so boring. Luckily I haven’t had any shin splint pain and I’ve gotten to easy 5k’s so it’s looking good so far.
One thing I haven’t looked into is the best way to hydrate/fuel during a run. I haven’t gotten to a point where that’s necessary as long as I prepare properly. But I’m pretty sure anything over 10K it’s a good idea to bring something. which means I should probably buy something to hold stuff
Thanks a lot! I really hope I don’t shit myself. That sounds awful lol

Ah that makes sense. I do love when things get associated like that. That’s how traditions get started sometimes. Eg: watch this show every June lol.
I’m now 5 episodes in and I don’t know WHATS going on lol. Love the uniqueness of it though. The animation is different. The long quiet pauses are different. Super relaxing pace. But not a relaxing premise.

I just started that too! Just finished episode 3 last night. I don’t see how it fits summer nights but I’m happy u got the vibes figured out.

What did u do or didn’t do to get banned?

Thanks! Yeah i was searching the internet for other ragdoll pics at various months and that’s what I came to with. Of course they’re all different, but I think the range is 4-8 months. So i’ll just pick an easy date to remember that falls in there.
Love the pic of your cats on the stairs btw:)

Challenge accepted. It’s only been one week so far… I guess my ideal plan right now is two days on, one day off. Every 6th run will be a higher intensity run and the rest will be zone 2 minimum 5 kilometers. Aside from noticing a slow change in my workouts, my average resting heart rate should hopefully consistently decrease.

I should’ve included her current size. Not sure how to add pics to the post. No idea how much she weighs in those first pics but currently she looks like this and weighs 11.3 pounds.
The pics in the post are 3.5 years ago.

This is what she looks like 3.5 years later
I did that for a little bit, but i prefer to see my actual expenses at a glance. My savings is just income minus expenses.
Unfortunately the income includes $3K tax return. So I’m really only savings like $190/month. But at the end of the year I get a profit sharing bonus. 100% of that is saved.
