Currently working with immich go for migrating my images from a folder based structure. It works like a breeze.

Hab ein paar kleine Projekte vor die den kommenden Winter etwas angenehmer machen sollten: Der Flur bekommt eine neue Lampe, damit ist es hoffentlich etwas weniger düster dort. Dann wollte ich mich am nähen versuchen um eine paar Kissen für die Couch zu zaubern. Zuletzt hat mich das low tech Magazin auf die Idee gebracht meinen Schreibtisch in einen Kotatsu zu verwandeln. Das es gerade schon viel zu kalt ist hier klingt das immer reizvoller. Heimbüro im Winter könnte hart werden, Motivation ist gerade niedrig.

The playstore is an absolute shitshow. I tried installing an app with my parents the past days. Even after typing in the correct name, there are one or two other apps on top that are vaguely related to the apps purpose (not the name though). The start page and everything is an unintuitive mess

Thanks for the insight on how you manage with the switch! Like you said, it’s about comfort and the feel while you type. 80 or 100 wpm will not make or break it. In particular with programming. 100% with you on the US layout, it’s just way better in just about everything.

Almost went for a ZSA board, but the ortho pushed me away. I already struggle with switching mentaly, because most layouts around here are ISO not ANSI

It’s not like I went crazy, but did not want to blame it on manufacturing. Luckily there’s some people on YouTube and it was quickly fixed
