Some people are just too alienated from things and when asked about their opinion, they’re like ‘errr I don’t know, not sure’, and that’s usually not because they understand the matter but are unsure of it, but because they don’t understand the matter at all

Meanwhile, small family-owned businesses struggle so hard financially, but make miracles to stay afloat for decades, taking the most viable long-term decisions, despite the lack of options and resource. And these people often have no formal education in the area, just the survival instinct and the pressure of a family to feed.

Unfortunately, those “/s” are necessary things, especially in these days…

That one was to counterbalance the pattern of good news I mentioned in another thread >.<

There’s the ai that works well, has many useful applications and reasonable hardware requirements, and there’s the generative ai fucking everything and not giving us a proportional return in usefulness
I have been noticing a spread of weird comics, featuring forced dark humor, from taking often valid premises to the extreme, and supposedly making some social critics, but very dull and overly obvious ones, mostly failing to do so.
Am I seeing things, or do any of you see a similar pattern?
plus we get a lot of health issues by the loss of the microbiota we used to cultivate from closer contact with nature

Yes, well remembered :(
The only thing fiction failed to predict is the boredom of life. Even in dystopias, they find a way to live in thrilling ways, but actual life is so dull and painful

I used to think I was biased for being a linux user, but seriously, these days, the news pattern is like this:
Most news about windows:
Most news about linux:

Removable media and sd cards?
To be fair, I never experienced some linux user talking about it randomly. On the other hand, ai users are so annoying! Every time they’re around, they’re asking whether we saw the latest model, which one we like the most (assuming we use, as if it was a rule, and getting shocked or skeptical if we say we don’t), and stuff like that

Ublock really seems to be much more powerful than we think. I feel like it alone could replace almost every extension we have. Wish there were some friendly guides for it

Thanks for the answer
Routers aren’t cheap around here, and I got this board for free as a prize from a contest, and I plan on running some things on it, so I find it t be the best option. Also, it will end up with fewer devices and less energy consumption. Having to learn a few things isn’t really a problem.

Thank you, I will check about routing traffic
A pity it just allows comparing with us addresses
