Just hit em with a sudo killall, no mercy
WINEPREFIX=~/.younglings wineserver --kill=9‘sudo’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Task manager being a Windows feature; sudo does not have the high ground here.
I see that you, too, have typed sudo once or twice into a windows shell
