Still blows my mind that lefties are so anti gun, anti violence, pro surveillance…we’re the ones actually, realistically in danger of a corrupt fascist authoritarian takeover of the government. We’re the ones who will be oppressed, not these guys. We should be stockpiling guns and ammo like no tomorrow.
Instead we just passively trust the system…I get it, I believe in our ability to work within the system, but it’s insane that we gave up our whole backup plan. We were so close to losing everything on Jan 6, and we would have been fucked.

Yes, left wing gun owners exist. I don’t really feed in to that kind of fear when it comes to the whole “shit hits the fan” stuff. However, training and knowledge is important and something I keep in mind as I don’t completely trust the system for shit, nobody should.
There’s also nothing wrong with owning a rifle for hobby shooting whether that’s long range or whatever, competition or casual. It’s all good as long as gun safety and gun control are respected.
I understand it tho, all the awful violence paired with conservatives actively damaging and attacking the culture of gun safety and control, asking their morons to push said agendas to further rift the nation. It truly is no wonder why many to the left are so reactionary towards firearms in general. It’s illogical but I understand it.
