Started the peppers in March and tomatoes in April. They were getting too big for my grow light so I evicted them outside. Plenty warm in the cold frame in Massachusetts.

Fantastic, I was asking about one for my starts earlier. Great to see ideas!

Is that water and an electrical junction in the corner? What’s the power for? Heated water line for freezing?

Very good eye. Underground high voltage wiring, an electric fence. I ran conduit underground to all four of my 4’x8’ raised beds and put 4,000 volt rated wiring in it. Then at each box I run aluminum wire around the perimeter and connect it all to an electric fence controller. I’ve been gardening for over 10 years now and its the only thing that 100% prevents bunnies and ground hogs from eating my veggie. They get one zap and they don’t come back.
