Your definition is very narrow sighted and not really meaningful. Fascism is not just a “movement”, it’s an ideology; identifying the specifics can be slippery, but there are many values, rhetoric and tactics keep coming up. Umberto Eco’s definition of “Ur-Fascism” is.a good start.
