I’m wondering what the community consensus is on a new playthrough for phantom liberty. Personally I’m struggling to decide whether I wanna roll a new V and experience the story with all the new changes, but I also wanna just sink right in when the new content drops. What’s everyone’s plan?
Oh I’ll definitely start a new build, I’d like to experience the new content organically, almost like I’m playing a new game
I remember reading something that said the whole engine was really changed and combat and stuff was really rebalanced so it feels much different and more fun/challenging to play. That plus it’s been ages since I played made me think I might replay the campaign
Plus there are a few things I would like to do differently in a new play through. I just reallllllly wish they would add a 3rd person mode. I don’t mind fps games but I much prefer 3rd person. Re village did it with a dlc!
Maybe a side by side! Run through the game fresh and also run with your current V
since they will increase the level cap to 70 and my last playthrough wasnt that long ago ill just continue on my current save
That’s a big thing for me, I also feel some attachment to my current V. I don’t wanna lose her haha
I’m going to play again from the start. I’m interested to see how different the game feels with all the systems changes that have been teased. Also, the new content in PL is supposed to slot into the main plot line, and I want to get a feel for how organic (or not) this is.
Yeah that’s a big thing for me, the total overhaul of the games experience really makes me feel like I gotta start fresh
I’m gonna play it again from the start. A lot about the game will be new again and i want to get used to it from a humble beginning.
I have a few saves at 100% on the main game I’d like to continue with the new expansion, after that I’d deleting em all and starting fresh.
