24/7 connected to wifi as it’s a old phone but keeps logging me out
Yeah, that is an odd one. I did reply to the post though. I haven’t been able to reproduce yet… does the phone have memory constraints? Is it iOS? if so what is the version number?

I’m on android 13
I have almost no apps on the phone so the memory shouldn’t be a problem. Sometimes I leave it unopened for a day or 2 and I get logged out for no reason. Luckily I have a backup so I can log back in a restore from it but it’s so annoying when it happens and I usually uninstall the app and use it on my main phone

Nope. Just not using it for a few days (4+) or 1/2 days and it just logs me out

I know! That’s why I have a backup and I have uninstalled it multiple times. It’s annoying
