Our current plotline is that Tymora has us doing the Tomb of Annihilation plot (scaled up to our level) - spoilers for that.

It looks a lot like her scheme, if we’re successful, is gonna end up with her getting all the souls from the soulmonger. If this works out she’s going to end up as one of the major gods in FR.
