Car strikes crowd outside Los Angeles venue, injuring 30. Bystanders attack driver, who was shot

The driver was later found to have been shot, according to police, who were searching for a suspected gunman who fled the scene along Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood.

The driver was shot and it’s unclear if they were shot before or after hitting the people with the vehicle.
