OK, found it. My actor doesn’t have sharedInbox and PieFed blindly assumes https://$domain/inbox. I added this in my server (points to the application actor’s inbox) and now federation seems to work fine. Yay!
hell yeah! I see this from Piefed using Photon and can reply to it now!
@dimkr Have you reported this to PieFed devs? Shared inbox is optional, my server also doesn’t have it
