In the entire interview they cut the parts in which the questions are being translated to Gaddafi, but in this part they deliberately let the translation part in, so that it looks like he is taking longer to answer this question, as if the interviewer “caught him” with this question. BTW the interviewer with that cynical smile has a very punchable face.
