Ostensibly vampire poop would be black from the blood solids. Likely jet black, like coal, but it wouldn’t burn. Unburnable coal as vampire poop is a cool idea.
Different mythos exist, but I know the Anne Rice vampires specifically get really sick and shit like crazy when they’re turned as their body essentially dies and voids itself.
From then on I think they never have waste again? I think? Though I don’t know what happens if they eat solid food… maybe it just passes straight through?
It’s been a while, but I definitely remember that pooping was part of becoming a vampire.
