The second phase of the NSW government's plan to tackle the plastic pollution crisis will roll out in stages from next year until 2030.

    We moved to phase these out last year in New Zealand. They’ve been replaced with a flimsy pressed cardboard equivalent which is just as pointless as the plastic bag the bread comes in.
