tl;dr - Tana wanted Shinsuke for his final match originally but WWE wouldn’t sign off on it cause NJPW is partnered with AEW, but they may be able to work a match out with it happening on neutral ground at NOAH instead, we’ll see if it gets announced.
We may get lucky and still see it in NOAH, fingers crossed
