I am really surprised how much press this game is creating. It’s a release from a smallish studio that afaik so far only produced point and click adventures. Why is everybody interested in this game?
It might be bad and overpriced, but aren’t there a lot of expensive and terrible games released that nobody talks about?
It’s a licensed IP game, and recently those have gotten a reputation of being decent hits.
On top of that, this generated a lot of hype on Reddit when it first came out. A lot of people were excited to see how the game could possibly pull it off.
