    Wait…what am I missing?? Isn’t a 2 month leave after graduation just called summer break for most schools and universities?

      In America at least (and even this will vary states to state, county to county), for highschools and below principals and up (and sometimes assistant principals and up) are generally expected to work all year. Can’t tell you what they do during the summer, but they’re working.

      Universities, no, most uni’s and community colleges offer summer class just with reduced staff and usually those reductions are in the teaching roles
