Slightly off topic, but even though this sounds unhinged, does it sound unhinged enough to believe it was actually Trump who wrote this? No typos/misspelling, annoying ALL CAPS in appropriate (if that’s ever appropriate) locations. It does have the random capitalization of words thing going for it, though.

I’m guessing an intern got the job of helping Dementia Don sound less incoherent in his posts, or they added Grok into Truth Social to specifically intercept his posts and fix them before going live.
