Those 6 games alone would have a 50+ million daily player count combined. Steam is not the only store in town. The “no steam no buy” mentality has thankfully eroded a lot.

They’re all PC games, and they all have huge PC player bases. Those 6 games alone would have a 50+ million daily player count combined.

While I love GoG for what they’re doing, they’ll never become a real alternative because devs and publishers other than indies don’t want to give their games away for free, which is what making them DRM free does.
