    I’ve never seen the movie and did not know that it was a pre-established story, figured that it was sorta kinda loosely based on Hawaiian culture / folklore, should’ve known that it was a ripoff of an already made movie based on Disney’s originality

      Hey, the 30s one might be public domain, so it follows their pattern of ripping off public domain shit and not paying taxes
