There needs to be added context that they also intentionally caused the litter of kittens so that they could drown it.
If it was just a random stray litter people might think it was a necessary action, but no, they just like doing it.
It’s a leisurely activity for them. Especially if they’re Mexican kittens.
Just a regular spring in rural post Soviet countries where they don’t have enough money to keep their cats indoors or at least take them to a vet to get neutered.
Understating their disposability, TBH
