Found out about Hurley ten years ago through that website we don’t mention here. Initially I had bought that album a few years ago to frame the sleeve, I had no record player back then and had no plans to buy one. Well, things change I suppose.
Hurley’s music is described as Outsider Folk. A bit bluesy, a bit folky. But all around original.
Edit: This is the 2021 repress by Mississippi Records. Cold not afford a first press edition, even though the print on the cover is much more colorful and bright on the original ones. Which was the initial reason to buy this.
