To be eligible for an e-bike rebate, you must be a City of Atlanta resident, be at least 18 years old, and earn a 2025 household income within the household income thresholds displayed below.

  • An applicant making less than 60% of the area median income (less than $47,999) will receive a $1,600 rebate.

  • $1,100 rebates will be for a person in the 60-80% AMI bracket ($48,000 to $64,000)

  • Applicants whose income is 81-140% of the AMI ($64,001 to $112,000) can receive $550
