    I am very excited for the women’s club world cup, because I suspect a lot of people are gonna be real surprised to discover the best woso is played in concacaf

    The award has always been plagued by Eurocentrism, especially on the women’s side despite European nations winning the same number of World Cups (four) as the United States. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a Women’s Club World Cup yet, so national team stats are the best indicator we have so far of head-to-head high-level competition. If we’re being brutally honest, France and England have as many World Cup trophies as México and every other Latin American nation.
