I’m wondering if anyone actually finds this format enjoyable. Seems like an RNG fest to me with very little interesting decisions :/

It’s awful. An absolute grind and it’s so much worse if you are on the draw.
When I saw the event, I was trying to plan how I would build my deck to work around the emblem. Would I want to ramp, getting as much land down so I could get stronger creatures with the emblem earlier? Or maybe a madness deck? Flashback!? Then I realized it’s just completely random and it was such a let down.

It’s a magic arena format where once a turn you can pay X, discard a card and cast a token creature with X CMC. You can learn more about it here.
What an odd format. I can see why it’s online only.
Definitely want to see it in action to get a better understanding.
