I’d go to a different doctor. If that’s not an option, I’d probably say something along these lines.

I don’t want to experiment with woo bullshit. I want real mental health support. The fact that you’re directing me towards pseudoscientific treatment in lieu of real medicine tells me that you aren’t interested in my health.
