    Revolutionarily, I agree. Especially in such a non-unionized country like the US, Syndicalism seems more apt than hoping for a Vanguard Party.

      Vanguard parties will always emerge as some proles will be radicalized sooner than others, the difference in union strategy is that syndies want less centralization between the radical unions and dont percieve themselves as the vanguard.

        Depends on what you consider to be a Vanguard, whether you mean an actual, defined party or simply more educated, radicalized proles leading others.
