Does anyone use lidarr extended, or the new version of it (the script)?

The script works and downloads stuff, slowly but steadily. The problem is that it downloads whatever it wants and not really what I want. The queue is huge and I can’t find a way to manually trigger a download.

Any advice from someone who’s using it?
