I ordered the new Steam deck on the day it was released and it was shipped relatively fast. I was tracking the package every single hour because I was so excited to get my package, but as soon as the package got to my nearest UPS facility I think it got stolen. For some reason, my package was still out for delivery and obviously not delivered.
As of now UPS says “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” I started a support ticket with Valve and they basically said please wait for 8 business days after it is shipped.
Any advice on what additional steps I can take. Thank you!
