I prefer Jerboa over the web interface, but it’s still a little glitchy. It’s so far behind what we’re used to with Sync, I’m so happy it will be here soon!
Trueish… Ljdawson has shown for over a decade that he can turn function into beautiful and functional form.
Please don’t get me wrong, Jerboa is amazing, it works and does smooth out the web experience a bit. I also know that Jerboa is a side project by Lemmy developers, and is still a better mobile app than the other place still can’t figure out.
l know it in my bones that the reddit third party app developers, were the only ones talking/listening/implementing/or explaining the limitations to actual users. It’s funny and sad that to this day their are “bug reports” and/or “issue reports” on Discord for Sync, or any other app at this point.
Jerboa is an amazing start! I know that all the hard work that every Fediverse programmer is volunteer, and I wish I could thank each and one of you personally, you have all done more to protect actual freedom than any government could ever promise. Thank you.

But also in a strange way … Jerboa reminds us what a Lemmy Sync app will look like
