Thanks for the report! I am investigating it but don’t have a clear solution yet. I’ll keep working on it.

Edit: I believe I have identified the cause! I’ve deployed some changes to our infrastructure, I’m still monitoring, but I believe the issue has been mitigated for now - at least it should be occurring far less frequently.
