Anyone notice their comments are not appearing on kbin at all?

I heard Lemmy broke something with the latest update. My understanding is that there was a larger update which temporarily removed captcha, and Lemmy opted to just deal for a few days rather than go through the inevitable wave of spambots.
Perhaps. One of the threads on kbin has three comments from lemmy. Two of those Lemmy servers were on 0.17 but there was one on 0.18
I’m not a dev-type but the rumor is Lemmy broke federation somehow with the upgrade to 0.18.
Edit: I just saw my federated content on Mastodon…so I don’t know
