Completely under the banks control so missing the entire point
Probably not even likely that the general public will have access to their CBDC. Likely just for interbank transfers.
If you’re not using decentralized currencies, then you’re completely missing the point.
So stablecoins are dead. We get another message type in swift. A boring dystopia.
