I’m not a native English speaker, but I do get most of the slangs. Still, this one got me puzzled 🤔… I really can’t see any relation to motors or boats in this.

    The act of placing one’s head between a woman’s breasts and making the sound of a motorboat with one’s lips whilst moving the head from side to side.
