Have never been to a CITO event, but they do sound cool.

Closest experience I have is, in college, most of my living room furniture was what other people in the neighborhood set out on the curb at the end of semester. When I moved, I’d set it back out whence it came, and it was usually gone within hours. The cycle continues.
