I love funny pho restaurant names. There’s one near my office called Pho Khang. Their food’s pretty good too which is just the cherry on top.

There was a Vietnamese restaurant in FL called Pho Kim Long. Damn good soup.
I always thought as good name for a Mexican restaurant in Japan, or Japanese resturant Mexico, would be “Eat A Duck, y más”
