Somehow i think his “notorized statement of live birth” will be met with a shrug and a request for an “Acknowledgement of Paternity” form if he wants his paternity registered.
I do love how hes all huffy about the government having said record, but then immediately names somethings he needs from the government that they very reasonably will not give you otherwise.
