    A major part of their “nutrients” point is fats and proteins, read the last reply again.

    Just because some fruits may have some fats and proteins doesn’t mean they have enough to meet nutritional needs.

            If I’m wrong, then please show examples of fruits that contain all the necessary nutrients needed by the human body, including the needed levels of fats and amino acid complete proteins.
