This is an old meme that used to just say “Black Monopoly”, but someone recently edited it to say Kamala Harris. You can even tell by how new the Harris part looks compared to the pixel fucked Go To Jail signs.

It was a tongue in cheek way of saying no matter how Black people play the game (life) they’re either in jail or going to jail. Can’t say I feel otherwise when a cop pulls up behind me, party lights on or not…
