I’m probably in much of the same boat as the author. I never use that search because it’s slow and never really finds what I want. It’s always quicker to get to the file I’m looking for in some other way. Even if that means going to the internet to see where an application stores its files.

I don’t think any of these fixes are going to change my behavior though.

EDIT: I should have mentioned I’m on Windows 10 on my personal computer anyway. So it’s not like I’m getting any fixes anyway. But it also sounds like there isn’t this type of problem on Windows 10 to begin with.

Even if that is how it’s working, it’s up to the website to send that command. The app isn’t looking at the URL you enter. That’s why you can force the browser to go to the desktop version of the site to actually get it to load. The URL is the same. In any case, the company controls the app and the website. It’s on them for how it works.

And even if you prevent it from loading the app, there’s probably still not going to be a website to load.

It’s annoying because it’s the default functionality, not that there is no way to get a website to load.

No, you should actually follow through with the math. I used a simple example in hopes it would be obvious.

At a distance of 100km it take 60 minutes at 100kph. Change that to 120kph and it takes 50 minutes. 20% quicker would be 48 minutes. 20% faster gets you there 16.666% quicker.

I made a mistake from the get go. I didn’t even notice the lettuce was in Taylor Farms boxes. Figured it could have been from an unaffected supplier. But that’s not the case.

Don’t even get me started on sites that automatically load the app when you go there on a phone.
