Around half a monthly salary for the low wage jobs. Maybe even less than that.
So, a slap in the face. But watch them thank the tzar instead of reaching for the pitchforks.
Almost like they get the ruler they deserve.

If those are russian-made then one is already broken and the other one is lost somewhere. As per tradition.
[…]Russia will station similar missiles within striking distance of the west.
Both of them?
See if just opening the task manager and leaving it open also keeps the pc from freezing. If so - that points towards a malware.
Additionally you can set up a monitoring software to get the load readouts on your phone and see if maybe something weird is going on when the pc should be idle (like 100% cpu load or disk usage). Pitikapp + hwinfo is a free combination for such setup.
Does the keyboard numlock button change state when the pc is frozen (led turning on and off when you press it)?
For sure, there’s no need for any fuss, just keep quietly taking all the corporate bs as always. Next time when you’ll need to submit an income form just to access a microtransaction-riddled single player game - just use your parents bank account statement, no need to use your own. And when you’ll need to enter a fingerprint id to unlock your multiplayer account - just ask your friend to help out.
It’s a modern day privacy, apparently. Someone think of those poor companies barely getting by just by selling you the game, the least you could do is share your personal data for them to sell too, better yet get locked into their ecosystem for a long term milking.
The court wanted information that would allow it to identify who was behind the accounts in question that were uploading apparently pirated content.
The lack of cooperation from the Virgin Islands led him to take this “precautionary measure,” the judge said in Friday’s order.
It’s basically a self-hosted stream that moonlight connects to within your network. https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/releases You still need any and all software that’ll actually be running on the server, but you can use sunshine either for streaming particular applications from it or just as a general all purpose remote access tool. So it’s like Parsec, only FOSS and imo works better too.
Switched to sunshine+moonlight from steam remote play. Works much better, especially on low end clients. And as a bonus you have full access, not just for steam.
If anyone is targeting the civilians that would be the russian police state itself. The curtain simply displays things, not even actually discrediting anyone. And maybe that should add another little incentive for the russian people to check their attitude towards the government and the state of things. “It doesn’t concern me” works well only until it doesn’t.
That is fair. I’m just disappointed with the amount of people who buy the government propaganda, but that’s not a specifically russian problem.
Although when the government starts killing their neighbours justifying it “because they’re gay nazis” - that’s probably when the slightest bit of critical thinking should tell them that there’s something wrong with the government and not their neighbours.
Disappearances will continue for as long as the state is enabled to do whatever. It would be very foolish to feel secure only because of staying silent. But to realise that would as well require some critical thinking.
