It’s worth pushing for this. Most of what little privacy protection we get these days is a side effect of laws in the EU. It would be nice to actually have some of those legal protection here as well.

There’s a short-term version compatibility issue between Jerboa and most Lemmy instances right now, but that shouldn’t last too long. Aside from that, I have been enjoying Jerboa. It has just worked for me.
I’m just glad they said “can” and not “would”.
I’m also vegan, which would add another layer of complication. I can’t eat the piano if those are real ivory keys. ;-)
