  • As one that remembers watching NBC “Must See TV” Thursday nights in the 90’s, back then, Friends was more approachable as a twenty-something that identified somewhat with the idea that it’s ok to be quirky, laughable, and fun.

Now, I prefer Seinfeld. Say what you will about the cast, the show’s darker take wears better on the post 9/11 world.

It’s easy to pick on one or the other now, but having lived the era, and the era of TV that led to it, both shows made more sense back then.

  • I warned my brother-in-law and sister-in-law about that fuckstick more than a decade ago. They laughed at me. Didn’t phase them at all. When the Model Y released, they bought one. When Elmo revealed his full Nazi self (salute and all), they bought one of those bumper stickers. Later, they replace said Model Y with a new one and pull the bumper sticker off the old one and somehow reattach the used bumper sticker to the new one (you can tell it’s the same sticker because it’s all jacked up from being removed from the old car). Oh, and they were early adopters of Starlink. Sucking Nazi cock must be addictive because they can’t seem to stop themselves.
