Das Wort hat mich etwas irritiert. Wenn ich da so an die Azubi-Geschichten von älteren Verwandten und Arbeitskollegen denke (Jahrgang '70 und älter) ist es in der jetzigen Generation so sozial wie nie.
Klar, die Aktion war dumm und fahrlässig. Aber vor einigen Jahren wäre die Geschichte eher als “flößten dem wehrlosen Kollegen mit Gewalt Terpentin ein” abgelaufen. Im Unfallbuch wäre es dann als ein “Lausbubenstreich” bezeichnet notiert worden und im nächsten Lehrjahr wäre der nächste gequält worden.

Das Gericht ist hier ja auch zu dem Schluss gekommen, das der Beklagte keine Schädigungsabsicht hatte.
