Kinda related, I was looking at roller derby earlier and the sign up for this womens team said you had to meet the definition from some national (maybe international?) Roller derby org.

I checked expecting the worst and it was a long list that essentially boiled down to “as long as you aren’t a cis man you’re fine”. Real sports dont care at all.

I know nothing about safes, let alone fireproof safes, but I’d guess that pressure may be an issue, if not a lack of oxygen for the fire to burn through.

Im still mad about the gamemaker licencing bullshit, i paid like $160 AUD for that, made plenty of little projects, and i cant get the actual executables to share anymore. I ended up ditching it for godot before this was an issue and came back to find it worthless now.

Maybe its a little more fantasy than you’re looking for but I love Heroforge. I use it to visualise my dnd characters but it could be good for avatars too.

I don’t see Pantheon mentioned a lot, its a series about uploading human brains to computers. It starts off very good, but the last few episodes turn the show into one of my favourites.

I think street brawl makes this all so much better, it’s a lot easier to pick up than the main game mode, and shorter games.

My god did Dota earn its reputation. For a game where matches last 45 mins average, its insane how often people claim its over at 10 mins, even when we’re not losing, just because they had a bad game.

Less so anyone that agrees with me, more once someone starts blaming teammates for a loss that hasn’t happened yet, or really says anything that is exclusively an insult to a teammate. I found once people throw their first insult they almost never recover, its bad for morale and makes the game less fun.

Though yeah, doing it in-game is a bit different than social media. Though its the same idea.

This is a lesson i learnt on Dota. The game has far to many toxic players, or people giving up way too easily. I just started muting anyone the second they give the slightest hint of insulting a teammate. The vibes are so much better now.

I fiddled around for like half an hour and managed to get it working, no problems after that. I think it even ran smoother than it used to on startup.

I did see a bunch of people saying the camera wasnt working on street brawl in the discord community though while i was trying to get it to work

I agree though, the game looks so good now. Theres still a handful of areas that are a bit plain, but everything else looks great.

Street brawl is really fun
