Honestly I go through a process where I place the image into img to img and re-render the image at increasingly lower and lower denoising scales until I get a result that looks good. I tend to alternate between sampling models too, depending on what I’m going for. Haven’t quite got the hang of inpainting yet, but I’ve seen other people’s workflows of upscaling the image and then address problem areas individually.
It might be a bit early yet for emojis, as it doesn’t yet seem like this instance has a distinct voice yet that we need unique emojis, but here are some ideas that immediately come to mind:
-this might be obvious, but since the server is anarchy themed maybe an anarchy symbol, or a black flag would be good? I’ll try making some emotes of famous anarchists later using the twitch emote lora; a chibi emote of Bakunin sounds funny to me.
-How about a mascot? If you can come up with a mascot, you can make emoticons of that mascot.
Honestly it’ll become obvious what Emojis to put in the instance once you start seeing posts like “petition for db0 to make x an available emoji”. Since a bunch of us are coming from Reddit though, we’re still working through our allergies to using emojis.
Sidenote: I wish we could react to posts on Lemmy using emojis like we can on Facebook or Slack. That would definitely incentivize people to engage with them more.
