Do whatever it takes to leave. Your survival is more important than any unjust laws.
I can’t promise the grass will be that much greener when you leave; fascism is rising across the globe and trans people are an unfortunately easy marginalized community to otherize and attack. At the very least, you might have a chance to stop it taking root somewhere else.
