Knowing that my Blue MAGA parents who emotionally abused me for my neurodivergence are probably eating up this discourse, yeah it definitely bothers me too. Like, yeah all these bourgeois politicians are disgusting and disconnected from reality, but “weird” is too often an ableist epithet for me to be comfortable with how its being used. Also the fact that Dems are just as “weird” as Republicans makes it doubly annoying.

I’m beginning to think the media blitz for Kamala has nothing to do with her or the Dems winning the presidency and just more of what they genuinely do best: completely destroying any semblance of a leftist movement

That just means there are plenty of public transportation options instead… right?
